Loom Collective is supported by a group of organizers who help steward the space together. We practice a cooperative, participatory approach to leadership—sharing power, inviting input, and making decisions in relationship rather than through hierarchy. Christie Holtzclaw, MS, LMT
​Founder | Facilitator | Program Developer

Christie Holtzclaw (she/they) is a licensed massage therapist, educator, and community builder. Her work is rooted in lived experience and shaped by the belief that safe, nourishing touch and nonjudgmental presence can powerfully support dignity, agency, and meaningful connection.

Christie sees care as relational rather than hierarchical and advocates for spaces that prioritize shared responsibility, consent, and mutual respect. Her approach is informed by queer and Black feminist traditions, reproductive justice, and community care movements, and she is especially committed to creating spaces that affirm the humanity and embodied wisdom of people holding marginalized identities.
